Hello, There is a major clarification you need to know. Your TS EAMCET rank (14k) is not used for BPT (Bachelor of Physiotherapy) admissions in Telangana. The TS EAMCET (EAPCET) counselling is for B.E./B.Tech. and B.Pharmacy/Pharm.D courses.
BPT admissions are handled separately by KNRUHS (Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences). The good news is that this admission is based on your IPE (12th) marks in Biology, Physics, and Chemistry. Your score of 488/600 (81.33%) is a strong academic record. As an ST category student, you have a very high chance of securing a government BPT seat or a convener-quota (“free seat”) in a private college. You must watch for the separate KNRUHS paramedical admission notification.

Government BPT seats are limited and usually close within 10k rank for STs, so your chance there is low to moderate.
